Antiamoebic drugs for treating amoebic colitis
This Cochrane Review aims to determine the effectiveness and safety of drugs used to treat people with amoebic colitis, which is an infection of the large intestines caused by the parasite, Entamoeba histolytica. Cochrane researchers searched for all relevant studies to answer this question and included 41 relevant studies in this review.

Albendazole alone or in combination with microfilaricidal drugs for lymphatic filariasis
In this Cochrane Review, Cochrane researchers examined the effects of using albendazole alone and albendazole added to antifilarial drugs to treat infected people and people who live in areas with lymphatic filariasis. After searching for relevant trials up to January 2018, we included 13 randomized controlled trials (RCTs), including one cluster‐RCT, with a total of 8713 participants.

Pyronaridine‐artesunate for treating uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria
The aim of this Cochrane Review was to find out if the antimalarial drug pyronaridine‐artesunate is effective and safe to treat uncomplicated cases of an important type of malaria (P falciparum). We collected and analysed all relevant studies to answer this question and found 10 studies.
